When we seek a suitable tenant for your investment, we are able to promote from Ray White Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Buderim, Coolum, Kawana Waters, Wurtulla and Commercial, gaining access to all the walk in traffic from those areas. 

That’s a lot of advertising space for your investment minimising vacancy time and maximising income. There is no need to put your property in the hands of any other agents.

Tenancy Applications

Ray White Central Sunshine Coast is a member of T.I.C.A

All applications for tenancy in this office are processed through TICA. We require the following information to be supplied to process an application.

1. Photo identification - Drivers License or Passport

2. References from previous landlords or agents

3. Proof of last residential address - i.e. Telstra Account, Electricity Account or bank / credit card statements

4. Copies of previous rental records

5. Copy of previous lease agreement

6. Supporting proof of income for payment of rent.

7. On approval of application, all monies must be paid in cash or bank cheque. No personal cheques will be accepted.

8. Applications will only be processed on a fully completed and signed application form.

Our office reserves the right to allow for any changes or additions to the above. Should an applicant fail to provide the above details, the application may not be processed.

What This Means For You

 TICA is an International Database of Tenants.

Should a tenant be evicted from a property, refuse to pay rent, maliciously damage a property or in general not adhere to the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement, he or she may be lodged with TICA.

Upon a potential tenant applying for any property available through Ray White Sunshine Coast, a TICA check is completed as a matter of priority. Should a tenant be lodged with TICA, we may not accept the application.

This is a positive means to reduce the risk of accepting a less than suitable tenant for your investment.
