Property Management - A Career and not just a Job
Property management has shifted in focus during the past 5 years in our industry. Today it is seen very much as an important asset to a real estate agency business. The property managers employed with Ray White are highly skilled and regularly attend continued training to ensure their own professional development.
When a property manager is required, our office looks for someone who has strong people skills, able to negotiate, articulate and well organized, able to multi-task and offer extremely high levels of service across the office.
The demand for experienced property managers is now reached extreme levels. This is due to the growth in our business and the prospects of career advancement within the company have also risen.
Property managers are expected to operate a business within the overall agency business, managing, monitoring and maintaining the asset in the property for the landlord, and also ensuring that the rent roll in the business is perfectly maintained.
Property management is a very rewarding and satisfying career, and as part of the Ray White you will have access to new initiatives, the highest level of training and a support group of other property managers across Australia.
We encourage anyone who is interested in not just a 9-5 role but a career that will provide you with steady income and an opportunity to be the very best to contact one of our offices.
